To start a return, please follow these steps:

 1. Review Our Return Policy

Before initiating a return, ensure your item meets the criteria outlined in our Return Policy.

 2. Submit a Return Request

Visit our Returns Portal and complete the Returns Request form to initiate your return. Be ready to provide:

 • Your order number

 • The item(s) you wish to return

 • The reason for the return

 3. Receive Return Instructions

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

 4. Ship Your Return

Return shipping for Shield Your Body products is at your own cost, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Exception: if a Shield Your Body product arrived defective or damaged, contact us before returning it and we will cover the return shipping costs. Products from other brands we carry follow that brand’s own return policy, which you can find on our Return Policy page.
